"Back when your country was democratically run..."

Today we're leaving for Edinburgh so this will be a very short post.

Our class had a guest speaker today, David Faulkner. He is a world famous criminologist and has been published many, many times. He worked in the home office here and now is on several advisory boards.

In short: He is a very important guy.

And he came and spent THREE HOURS talking to our little class of ten. Incredible!!

The quote at the top was one of his (he was referring to when the democrats were in office... but it was hilarious nonetheless...) and he had many more, which unfortunately will have to wait until sunday night for posting.

Ciao! Off to Scotland!
